If the superadministrator needs to participate more actively or wants information in the follow-up of anomalies in the subunits, this can be managed under the menu selection Notifications underneath Settings.
Select the name of the user in the owner administration and select “Edit”.
Check “Accept notifications from subunits” and select the subunits that are relevant.
Worth noting:
If one does not tick some subunits it is implied that selection for deviation applies to all subunits.
Selects a selection of subunits, and the notifications apply only to them. Any new subunits created after the selection are not automatically included and must be added manually if they are to receive notifications.
The options one has to choose from for anomaly treatment are:
The user can be set to copy in deviations that are created or handled in selected subunits.
The user can be held responsible for deviations in selected subunits.
The user can be both copied and/or responsible for deviations in selected subunits.
