All emails sent out from the system, such as messages about deviations, actions, checklists, etc., can also be found in the system under Profile → Email History.
In the email history you will find a record of all emails sent to you through the system. For each email you can:
This makes it easy to find back to important information or links you have received in the past.
If you have the need to delete email history, then it is possible to delete both individually or all collectively.
It may be worth noting that one cannot send or reply emails from here.
