Tags

Tags are a marking of various documents across the system. There are administrator and editor who can add tags. User can get overview and read the tags. The overview of all the labels and which documentation belongs to which label can be found under the tile "References and content tags". You can add tags to Routines, Articles, Emergency Cards, Checklists, Risk Assessment and Deviations.

You can create tags in two ways. The first way is to edit a document and enter what tag this document should have before saving/publishing.

The second way is to enter the overview References and content tags, press the+sign in the upper right corner and enter new tag. To add documents to the tag, you can tap the pencil to the right of the tag and add what you want.

Ownership Management

Ownership management can publish down Routines, Articles and Emergency Cards with tags. The entities associated with the ownership administration will have these labels in their overview, and these will be marked from the ownership administration. The devices cannot delete these tags.
