Checklist- implementation, discrepancies, comments and usage log

Checklist- implementation, discrepancies, comments and usage log

To complete a checklist, you can do this from the activity calendar, if the checklist is entered with an interval and date, or you can enter the checklist overview and start it from here by pressing the “play” symbol.

When you start you will bring up today's date. You can change the completion date by tapping the calendar symbol to the right of today's date. Note that it will then stand as the current date, but applicable to the date you have selected.

You can also choose not to complete the checklist.

Press start to complete the checklist.

You can add a “note” if necessary to the checklist, such as who was present at a conservation round, or if you use a pre-trip checklist; where is the tour going or which group is going on a tour.

Tick off checklist items. If necessary, you can add comment to the point. If comments have been added earlier, the item will be checked and you can open and view any comments from the last seven implementations. Admin and editor can delete comments.

In the event of a discrepancy, you can choose to create a deviation right away or later. If you select Create Later, it must be created before you can complete the checklist.

You must select the deviation type, the other points are voluntary and fill-in and can be added when handling the discrepancy. The deviation also settles in the deviation box.

When you are done with the checklist press “Complete checklist”. If you don't finish, tap “Save” and you or other employees can go in and complete the checklist at a later date. The checklist is then located as “ongoing” and will have a blue “play” symbol behind it.

All completed checklists are stored in reports and in the checklist usage log. In addition to usage history, you also get an overview of deviations, comments, and change history under the sheet tabs.
