Checklist Editing and Selecting Recurrence

To edit a checklist go into the checklist and press the gear in the upper right corner.

You can now edit and populate internal references and more, and change and add your own checklist items.

To schedule checklist completions, select Repeat under “Planning”. Here you can add interval, such as annual, weekly, etc., or select “start manually”. All checklists must have an interval or be set to “start manually” in order to be completed.

If you add a start date and interval, the checklist will appear on the front page of the activity calendar as a shortcut and can be started directly from here.

under Fast execution You can check whether employees should be able to approve all items in a checklist with one click for quick checklist execution.

If you want the same checklist for multiple departments, you can do this under “Applies to”. Here, in the drop-down menu, you can select “The entire business” or “Selected departments”.

You have the option to save the checklist as a draft. Then the original checklist will be available to everyone and you can publish the draft when it is finished.

When publishing a checklist you can choose to create new version, the versions can be found on the right in the sheet tabs under “Usage log”.
