Checklists - Overview

In the purple “checklists” box, you will find your business's digital checklists. You can transfer checklists from the template library or create your own.

To create your own checklists, tap + checklist in the top right corner and fill in your own content and own checklist items.

Overview

In the checklists overview, you will get information and can start the current checklists. You can also see which checklists have been completed today. In the sheet tabs, you can choose to view current, expired, or future checklists. The boxes at the top give you an overview of open deviations, comments, expired and ongoing checklists your business has.

On the left side there is a menu, in which you have a search bar and can search by title and content. In addition, you can get an overview of each department's checklists, all checklists and checklists related to HSE area. If Mentor HMS has updated checklists that you have transferred, a red warning sign will appear under “Updates”.

On each checklist there is an “i”, here you will find more information about the individual checklist, in addition, there are three dots on the right side, where you can go to the checklist itself or set it as “not to be carried out”.

Checklists can be started by pressing the “play symbol”. If a checklist has already been started, the play symbol will be solid blue.

Under the “expired” tab, you can highlight and choose not to carry out the checklists, for example, if the business has a holiday ban.

Under all checklists you will find all the company checklists.

Note! Checklists that are listed as “not scheduled” cannot be started until repetition is inserted into the checklist. This is done during the editing of the checklist.

Updates from Mentor HMS appear as a red warning sign. Updates from the business appear as a blue bell. There will be a share symbol if the business has downpublished checklists from owner management.

Under the three dots on each checklist, you have the option to edit, delete, or copy the checklist. Copy may be applicable if you want to have checklists that are based on a template, but that departments should be able to add their own checklist points.
