Login problems can be caused by several things, browse security programs such as Norton and Mcafee (applies to Windows) *
expired cookies or other corrupt temporary files stored by the browser.
Problems with this are often solved by deleting website data, and on Windows Pc by checking that any additional security programs allow the content of the website.
Deleting Website Data:
Windows: start the browser
Press CTRL-SHIFT-DELETE
Select time period”All dates/all “, cookies and cached files and delete/remove now.
Close the browser.
Mac w/ Safari: Start Safari
From the Safari text menu select Clear Log.
Select The entire log and click Delete Log.
Close the browser.
iphone:
Open the app Settings
Safari -> Clear log and site data-> select the entire log ->delete log
Android:
Open Chrome
Tap menu (3 dots in the upper right corner) -> delete browsing data.
Select Time Period= all dates -> Delete data
