When you add a new child, you can simultaneously register guardians with their email addresses.
They will then automatically receive an email with login information for the kindergarten’s website and the parent app Mentor Kidplan. This can be downloaded via the Play Store or App Store. Guardians only have access to content related to the department(s) their children are in.
In this tab, the kindergarten can set sleep times for the child. It is possible to set a maximum sleep time or specify that the child should not sleep after a given time.
Any notes you write about a child are only visible to staff.
An overview of the kindergarten’s children and parents is displayed on the notice board under the menu “More” → “Parent List.” Parent users can hide their contact information from the list if they wish.
Note: Parents who already have a staff user account cannot be registered with the same email address.
