With Mentor Kidplan, itâs easy to create photo albums. Click on âPicturesâ in the administration panel to get started.
The photo albums are only visible on the notice board to staff and parents who are logged into the website or the parent app. It is also possible to restrict access to a photo album by department and group. We recommend that the kindergarten creates several small albums rather than large ones. Small albums from various events and activities give parents insight into the kindergartenâs daily life and provide a better user experience when they browse through the albums.
Give the album a name and preferably a short description. Select which department(s) or group(s) the album should be visible to. Then click on âUpload imagesâ It is possible to upload photos from a PC, mobile phone, or tablet.
If the photos are in the wrong order after uploading, you can rearrange them by clicking on the arrow icon and dragging the photos to where you want them. Simple photo editing (cropping and rotating) can be done by clicking on the pencil icon on a photo.
It is possible to send a push notification to guardians when the album is created.
