Groups

Create groups across the departments in the kindergarten. The group can consist of children and/or staff. This makes it much easier to keep an overview.

“Groups” is a filter in the Child Log where you can sort by individual groups to show only the children who belong to that specific group.

For example, you can create a group for all 5-year-olds who are about to start school, or hiking groups where children from different departments in the kindergarten are included.

You can also choose to make photo albums visible only to the groups you select. This way, only the parents of the children in the chosen group and the staff members who belong to the group will have access to these photos.

Access Permissions

You must be a kindergarten administrator or department user to create and register who will be a member of a group.
All employees with reading access can view the content related to a group.
Under “Employees” in the admin tool, you can check the checkbox if you want to give an employee access to all groups.
