Here, the kindergarten can create their own plans for departments, groups, and individual children. Each department has its own calendar. The content of the calendar is visible in the parent app Kidplan and on the parent page on the web. It is possible to add recurring activities that last over a longer period. The kindergarten has the option to add different calendar types:
Day Information: Choose this calendar type if you want to enter general information planned for a given day.
Weekly Information: Choose this calendar type if you want to enter general information planned for a specific week.
Trip: Choose this calendar type when you want to enter trips that the kindergarten will have.
Meal: Choose this calendar type when you want to enter specific meals for the kindergarten.
Kindergarten is closed: Choose this calendar type to indicate when the kindergarten is closed.
Theme: Choose this calendar type if you want to enter themes that the kindergarten is working on for a specific period.
Daily Report: Choose this calendar type when you want to enter a summary of what you have done in the kindergarten on a specific day.
Week Report: Choose this calendar type when you want to write a comprehensive report on what you have done in the kindergarten for a given week.
Event: Choose this when you are having an event. Here you have the option to select whether registration is required to participate.
Other: Choose this calendar type for other calendar entries you want to add. These can be timed events (with start and stop times) or all-day events (for a day or over a period) for the kindergarten. You can also specify whether the calendar event should be recurring or a one-time event.
