Messages provide the kindergarten and parents with an efficient tool to send messages to each other. Parents can easily send messages from the parent app Kidplan to the kindergarten or directly to the department their child belongs to. The kindergarten can send messages to departments, groups, and individual parents simultaneously. Guardians cannot start a group conversation.
To write a message, click on “New” message and then click on “Select sender”. To choose the recipients of the message, click on “Choose from list.” A window will appear with the various departments and groups.
Parents receive a push notification in the parent app Kidplan when new messages arrive.
The kindergarten has the option to filter messages by department and see who has read the message.
