When the kindergarten's website is created, it comes with four system pages:
An overview of the kindergartenâs staff and departments is displayed on the homepage under the menu âAbout Usâ â âEmployeesâ If you want to hide the contact information of staff from there, this can be done under âEmployees and Departmentsâ in the administration panel. It is also possible to hide the entire page. This is done under âMenusâ in the administration panel.
A list of kindergarten children and parents is displayed on the parent pages (board) under the menu âMoreâ â âParent listâ. Parent users themselves can hide their contact information from the list if they wish. This page is only available to logged in employee and parent users.
The kindergartenâs contact information is displayed on the homepage under the menu âContact.â The departmentsâ email addresses and phone numbers can be edited under âStaff and Departmentsâ in the administration panel. The kindergartenâs postal and visiting address, email address, and phone numbers can only be edited by support@mentorpluss.no.
A list of representatives in the cooperation committee is displayed on the parent pages (board) under the menu âMoreâ â âCooperation Committeeâ. To remove or add representatives, go to âEmployees and departmentsâ or âChildren and parentsâ in the administration panel. This page is only available to logged in employee and parent users.

The main text can be formatted with the various functions on the toolbar. For example, you can embed a document (or another file type) by first uploading the file into the file archive and then clicking the link symbol on the toolbar. Images do not need to be uploaded to the file archive first, they can be inserted directly from your computer; click the image icon on the toolbar. Movies can also be included on the page, but the video file must be uploaded on an external service with inclusion code, e.g. Vimeo or YouTube.
When the page is ready to publish, mark it to be visible.
If the page is to be accessible from the menu on the front page, a new menu item must be created. This is done under âMenusâ in the administration panel. The page can also be promoted as a main, featured case or cover link. This is done under âEdit Front Pageâ in the admin panel.
