Access to employees

Access to employees

Select “Employees” which you can find under “Registers and Overviews.”

When you register a employee with an email address, they will automatically receive an email with login information for the kindergarten’s website.

You can choose between three different roles for the staff member:

  • Read Access: Gives the staff member read access to the parent pages (notice board).
  • User with Registration Rights: Only provides access to the child log.
  • Department User: Gives full access to the department(s) the staff member belongs to. It is also possible to grant the department user extended rights in the child folder.
  • Kindergarten Administrator: Gives full access to all functions in Mentor Kidplan.
