Select âEmployeesâ which you can find under âRegisters and Overviews.â
When you register a employee with an email address, they will automatically receive an email with login information for the kindergartenâs website.
You can choose between three different roles for the staff member:
Read Access: Gives the staff member read access to the parent pages (notice board).
User with Registration Rights: Only provides access to the child log.
Department User: Gives full access to the department(s) the staff member belongs to. It is also possible to grant the department user extended rights in the child folder.
Kindergarten Administrator: Gives full access to all functions in Mentor Kidplan.
