How to set up the website

To manage the website you have to log in to the administration page. You can do that by looking at my page on the homepage or you can go directly to the login that is https://app.kidplan.com

Once logged in, you will see all the functions in Kidplan.

You can always return to this page by clicking on “Start” in the top left corner.

The first thing you need to do before the solution can be used is to register departments. Departments are added under “Departments,” which you can find under “Registers and Overviews.”

You must register at least one department before the solution can be used.

After you have added staff and departments, you need to choose the appearance of your website. Under “Design” on the administration homepage, you can:

  • Choose a background image and style for the website
  • Select the top color and homepage template for the website
  • Choose the appearance of the main menu and upload your own logo
  • Select the font for the website

Remember that you can always go back and make changes to the design along the way. To see the appearance of your website, you can click on “View Website” on the administration page.

Note: If you have your own logo, select “Upload Own Logo” and upload the image. Remember that not all logos fit equally well on the page.

The logo field is 80 pixels high and 900 pixels wide.
