The board is an information channel that the kindergarten can use to communicate with parents. It can be used instead of sending notes about what the kindergarten has done. Here, you can upload minutes from parent meetings or other information you want to share on the parent app. What you post on the notice board is only visible to parents who have logged into the parent app or website.
To create a Board record, the employee must be a Department User or Administrator.
Video on board:
Video to be played on the home page must be uploaded to an external video service that offers so-called inclusion codes (e.g. YouTube or Vimeo), and then inserted into the page with this code. It is possible to create a separate account for the kindergarten on both services and one can choose to make the videos private. Then only those who get the link can see the video and it's not searchable.
