Problems with parenting app Kidplan

Problems with Kidplan are often solved with deleting app data.

iPhone:

1. Open the settings of the phone.
2. Go to In general -> iPhone Storage -> Kidplan.
3. Here you get two options: Remove app/Delete app — tap Delete app.
4. Once that is done, Kidplan must be reinstalled from the App Store.

Android:

1. Open the settings of the phone.
2. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Kidplan -> Storage.
3. Press on Clear Data/Clear Storage
4. Open and log in to the app again.
