1) Employee Card:
Select a department in the employee card, appear in the employee list, and departments in the About business menu selection. It has an impact on what appears per department on the front page under “Today” as well as in all filters where one can filter by department.
(2) Employment:
Selection of department in the employment relationship, has ONLY significance for sickness absence statistics and provides you with a history of the department in which the employee has worked. Therefore, only one department can be selected per employment relationship.
