Vacation registration for part-time employees

Vacation registration for part-time employees

Conducting vacation for part-time employees who do not work every day:

All employees initially get 25 vacation days in their vacation balance.

Holidays are recorded with from and to date where employees take out full weeks. If employees take off individual days, the manager should correct the vacation balance so that it is adjusted based on the percentage of jobs.

Example: An employee works 80% and has 1 day off a week. Employee registers 4 weeks of vacation = 20 days. The employee will use the remaining days to take out individual days. The manager corrects the vacation balance, leaving the employee with 4 vacation days.

Conducting vacation for part-time employees who work every day:
Employees have 25 vacation days at their disposal. Holidays are recorded the same as employees with 100% position.
