Setup of business - Absence

Absence and working hours

Under Settings - Absence arrangement you provide information that applies to the entire business.

  • Care days/sick child: If this is set off, employees will be able to register half a day for care/sick child.
  • Vacation days: here the business records how many days its employees have of vacation days. This number is the starting point for the display in Balance under Time.
  • Display absence “on”: Employee absences will appear in the calendar of all employees. It will also appear on the front page who is registered as “gone” in the various departments. Sets the function
  • Show absence “of”: The administrator will see the absence for all employees and the personell manager will see the absence for his employees. Employees just want to see their own absence. '
