Police Certificate and Confidentiality Statement

In Settings and the tab sheet Documentation the administrator can choose to turn on functionality relating to the police certificate and confidentiality statement. If these points are “on”, the administrator will document that employees have provided a police certificate and check that they have signed a non-disclosure statement in the system. This registration is carried out when employees are registered in the system.

  • An overview of who has supplied/presented a police certificate can be found in the menu item Employees in the filter “list shows”
  • Date of when police certificate is seen is also recorded
  • Confidentiality statement can be uploaded in the personnel folder located in each employee card
