Reports

Under Time - Reports, you can get an overview of all registered absence and overtime within a specified period.

For example, you can generate reports to track overtime usage, sick leave, vacation, temporary worker hours, and more within a selected timeframe.

Filtering Options (within the marked red box):

  • Date: Select a specific period.
  • Person (Search): Search for a specific employee.
  • Detailed Filter (Filter): Additional filtering options (see below).‍

Filters

Pressing the button called filter gives you the following options:

  • Status (Approved, rejected or unprocessed).
  • Department
  • Type - Below you can select individual absence type or plus time types if desired
  • Job Title
