Under Time - Reports, you can get an overview of all registered absence and overtime within a specified period.
For example, you can generate reports to track overtime usage, sick leave, vacation, temporary worker hours, and more within a selected timeframe.
Filtering Options (within the marked red box):
- Date: Select a specific period.
- Person (Search): Search for a specific employee.
- Detailed Filter (Filter): Additional filtering options (see below).
Filters
Pressing the button called filter gives you the following options:
- Status (Approved, rejected or unprocessed).
- Department
- Type - Below you can select individual absence type or plus time types if desired
- Job Title
