Edit and delete absence/overtime

Editing of absence and plus time can be done both from the employee and from the manager.

Editing can only be done on absences and plus time that have not been processed.

For personell manager:

  • Select Treat in the menu
  • Select/Open the registration to edit by pressing View Details
  • Click Edit
  • Modify any available fields
  • If the wrong absence type/plus time type is registered, you must delete the entry and create a new one.
  • If the registration has been processed, it cannot be edited. You must then delete the registration (from Finished), and you or the employee can post new.

For employee:

  • Select My Time in the menu
  • Select/Open the appropriate registration in the tab Absences or Plus time
  • Press Edit
  • Here you can change all fields entered
  • If the wrong absence type/plus time type is registered, the registration must be deleted and you must create a new one
  • If the registration has been processed, it cannot be edited. Deletion can then be done by manager.
