Reset two-factor

Employees who get a new phone or tablet must reset the Authenticator app. Reset functionality finds the administrator/general manager under system accesses on the employee card.

NB! When resetting, you may want to delete the original entry from the authentication app before one reconfigures it.

Microsoft Authenticator: Tap on “Mentorplus”, select the gear and remove account

Google Authenticator: Drag “Mentorplus” to the left of delete.
