We have made improvements to the report function for group owners in our HSE system, which applies to reports above recorded deviations and checklists.
For groups with many devices and large amounts of data, performance and stability challenges have previously arisen when opening reports. With these changes, it is now Safely and efficiently retrieve reportsAlso for larger companies.
What's new?
- Default date interval set to 3 months back in time
When you open the report, the date range is automatically set to the last three months. This contributes to faster loading and reduced risk of errors for large volumes of data. - The report is generated first by active action
The system no longer retrieves data automatically when you open the report page. You will now need to select the desired date range, which subunits, ranges, etc., and press “Generate report” before data is loaded. This gives you better control and reduces the load on the system.
